Braeside is a bungalow built with accommodation all on one floor.
The large lounge which occupies the full width of the house gives panoramic views of the sea at the front and the hills at the rear.
The room, which enjoys both morning and evening sunshine, is furnished with a comfortable leather suite and is well equipped with electric heating providing a comfortable and welcoming environment. Birds are encouraged to visit the feeders near the front window and a supply of grain is provided!
The view to the sea is constantly changing and the regular arrival and departure of yachts in the bay adds to the interest.
Amenities in the lounge include large flat-screen colour television, CD player/radio with selection of (mainly classical) CDs.
